The Model H-101 is another fine piece of cutlery from the Precision Master line from Ichiro Hattori. This beautiful knife is handmade in Seki, Japan.
The H-101 is 7-1/2″ in overall length and has a 3-1/2″ VG-10 stainless steel blade. The 5mm thick spear-point blade has a fine cutting edge and a large false edge swedge on top. The 3.9″ handle assemble is a work of art in itself. It features a nickel silver double hilt, black and nickel silver spacers, gorgeous hand contoured Cocobolo wood handle, black and nickel silver spacers, and a nickel silver butt cap. This knife comes with a very high quality leather sheath is delivered in a Hattori presentation box.
