The Knives of Alaska Brown Bear is numbered 00001 for a good reason. It was the first knife that Charles Allen, professional outfitter, developed. This thing is a tank.
10-1/4″ overall length with a 6″ blade. With a full tang blade thickness of 1/4″, this cleaver weighs in at 17.85 ounces. It has a long, flat cutting edge with an Alaskan Ulu point that provides an extra long skinning radius. To help in the skinning/butchering process, there is an integral finger hole and thumb notches on the spine. The handle is black SureGrip with finger grooves. It has a large lined lanyard hole. Carry is easy with the included vegetable tanned, oiled split-grained cowhide sheath.
