The Coho Fillet Knife from Knives of Alaska Bush Camp knife is just what you need for cleaning the big ones. It is designed for medium and large sized fish.
This is a large knife at 13″ long with a long, sweeping 8″ blade. Full tang construction and 440C stainless steel hardened to HRC 57-59 makes this one strong and corrosion resistant knife. The flat grind and razor sharp edge means perfect fillets. The Blaze Orange SureGrip handle with a large, lined lanyard hole ensures a solid grip. The Coho comes in a black nylon belt sheath with hard insert for safety.
