The Knives of Alaska Jaeger is sleek and streamlined and designed as a premier boning and caping knife. It is 8-1/4″ overall with a 3-1/2″ straight spine blade made of D2 tool steel, .118″ thick, 58-60 HRC. The strong blade has non-slip notches on the spine. The Blaze Orange Suregrip handle has finger grooves and a choil for maximum control and has high visibility. It weighs only 2.95 ounces.

The Jaeger is carried in it’s custom leather belt sheath which hangs at 45 degrees for comfort.
