The Silver Stag Alaskan Fillet Knife AF9.0 adds a little class to your fish camp. The long fillet blade makes short work of all your catches.
The Alaskan Fillet has a 8-1/4″ blade and is approximately 14″ overall. The straight spine fillet blade is Satin finished D2 steel with an HRC 58-62 hardness. This strong, flexible blade is 3/16″ thick. It features a long 7-7/8″ fine cutting edge. It has a beautiful, genuine crown stag handle with a steel finger guard. Due to stag being nature-made, each one will have a different stag pattern, pictures are representative. A high quality,handmade leather belt sheath with leather thong retainer is included.
The Silver Stag Alaskan Fillet works equally well in the kitchen as in the field. Bass, catfish, coho, steelhead, trout and others almost clean themselves :). The AF9.0 is made in the USA. Knife Command is an authorized Silver Stag dealer.
